Cancellation Policy
Registrations canceled more than 60 days before the event will be refunded 100%.
Registrations canceled less than 60 but more than 30 days before the event will be eligible for a refund of 50%.
Registrations canceled less than 30 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
VISA information
Please visit the external page following page to check whether you need a visa to enter Switzerland. We will be able to provide an invitation letter for your visa application when your registration fees are received.
